To streamline support requests and better serve the RM1 Research Area community, we utilize an electronic ticket system. Each support request is assigned a unique ticket number that you can use to track its progress and responses online. For your information, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
